Two full days at each member's business is about 22 days — one month-long visit, almost exactly. This is harambee in its original form: groups who rotated working each other's land, contribution tracked and returned.

Rule 01Prove it, then receiveFirst build slots go to me and the most established members. After that you're only eligible for your own build once you've worked at three others' sessions.
Rule 02Points with teethPlus one for showing up, minus one for skipping — and a small refundable M-Pesa deposit, forfeited for a skipped session. Visible to the whole group.
Rule 03A real floorDrop below the line and you sit out the next rotation. Twice and you go back to Founding. Not a ban — you give what you promised.
